- Older or damaged surfaces may react negatively to water pressure or detergents
- Surfaces with flaking paint, loose siding, or soft wood may worsen, even with soft washing
- We use eco-safe, low-pressure methods, but results may vary depending on surface condition
By hiring Refine Pressure Washing, the client accepts these risks and releases the company from liability for issues caused by pre-existing structural or material conditions.
